Returns:
You may return a print within 14 days of receiving your order.
Prints must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Please contact us before returning any items to receive return instructions and an authorization.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned print, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
